Graduated C25k, is it okay to run everyday?

I've done the 9 weeks of c25k and did the timed version. I am still jogging as exercise and to train for my first race in late August. Is it okay or advisable to jog everyday?
C25k has you do it only 3 days a week and I've gotten used to that but sometimes I have the desire to run each day. I'm a little nervous about trying it because my very first day of c25k I tried to exercise the next day and was extremely sore but I think it wasn't from the exercise but from the fact that I also had been going up & down a ladder multiple times that day as well.
Any information is helpful.

I'm curious about this as well as I approach the end of c25k. I have nothing to base this off of, but my guess is it would be okay to add a day or two per week and go from there. So maybe 4 or 5 days a week for a month. Then you can consider 6 or 7. But again, that's just a guess.0
