Hey, I was just wondering if anyone else ran into this frustration. I ordered the 30 Day Shred last week and was amped to start and after the workout had not been chanllenged at all. :-/ Did anyone else feel this way after starting? Does it pick up in the other sessions or something? I experienced no soreness and I sweated but didn't feel like I was working hard. I test drove the Insanity I think I may go with that program instead I really would like to get these last few lbs off at some point.

I would increase your weights and during cardio work double-time.

Congratulations, you are fit! Your body is working efficiently as you are working hard. Of course you can add weights and work even harder (and other people might have other suggestions), but first pause and pat yourself on the back for the hard work that's gotten you to this point!

I moved on to more difficult programs. It's kind of a pat on the back actually :)

I found this for sure, but the fatigue did compound a bit after a few days. I also upped my weights, which helped, and moved on to Level 2 really early, and then Level 3 early as well. For folks who do a lot of exercise & core work, it's not too difficult of a workout. I've found it to be a great supplement to my martial arts & running training, though. I look at it as an extra bit of core work each day, and it has helped my stabilizing muscles a great deal. I'm seeing changes in definition as well, particularly in my abs and arms.

Up your weights and push your cardio as hard as you can. Level 1 is significantly easier than the other levels.

oh ok Thanks people!! I guess I'll take the pat on the back :-) *feels nice* ... maybe I'll add more weight and use it as a light day exercise I was already doubling their reps on most exercises, but it feels better knowing i'm not the only one...as for more intense workouts Insanity I hope you are ready for me!

I didn't feel like I was doing much the first day either but I upped my weights and kept at it and have definitely gotten a lot more out of it. Keep at it and move to level 2 early if you have to.

Hmmm maybe your in really good shape. I think if you aren't out of breath or anything then you probably have really good endurance and stamina. Only thing I can sudjest is to up your weights and increase the level. Level 2 and 3 do alot of Plyo and Core Strengthening.....
