I feel like I'm stuck after losing what I would say was water weight. So I am now looking into a diet supplement other than my Calcium/Vit D. The most recommended were HCG diet drops and Phenphedrine. If you personally have used either of the two I mentioned please give me some advice. Feel free to take a look at my diary and see that I'm where I should be on diet and exercise as well! Thanks

Those HCG diet drops that "Dr Oz" suggests are nothing but bad news, and for short term what they call "yo yo" weight loss. It will pull you down to consuming 500 calories per day. Usually the drops are good for 30-45 days, and then you come off of them. You will then either to continue consuming 500 calories per day and potentially risk hurting your organ functionality over long term, or you can go back to eating 1200-1500 calories per day and gain the weight back.

    My advice?

Find out your BMR and calculate your caloric maintenance. Then eat at a 500-750 or even a 1000 calorie deficit from what you burn. Look to lose 1-2 lbs per week.
