    I don't think there is ANYTHING in my kitchen that I can't live without, including my iron skillet and dutch oven that I even take camping with me.

    mine are:

    blender, crock pot, copper bottom pot, hand held cheese grater wheel, and of course my zester (use it for so many things) but for the most part if there was any item missing from my kitchen i might go postal!!!!!!! i love to cook and all my little gadgets and gizmos help make my dishes yummy!

    Lets see...my blender bottle from GNC for my morning protein shakes, measuring cups, and all the gladware I pack my nutritious lunches with lol. I am hoping to add a food scale to this list soon!

    - rubber spatula (I hate when there is stuff left behind in a bowl or a pan)
    - REALLY sharp heavy knives

    The dishwasher, followed closely by the fridge. The milk lasts so much longer in the fridge.
