I'm 5'8 and my ideal weight is 175. I will see how i feel once i hit that and see if i want to go lower.0

Male or female, and what frame size? I'm small-framed and female. I'm currently 133 and wear a size 4. I think it's a good size for me, but I also think I could lose another 5-10 pounds without much trouble.0

I am 5'8. Ideally I want to be a size 10 or 12 and weight between 170-180. I have a pretty big frame though. Wide shoulder..Wide hips.0

My goal would be somewhere around 170. I was happiest when I was at that weight. But it does depend on your body type. For me, I look lean and healthy around 175. So I figure if I hit 170, I'll have a little wiggle room.0

I would like it to be 150, but I will take 155. It's usually a look or the fit of clothes more than the number. I see women who START at 155 or 160 and want to be 130 or 135 at 5'8"!0

Ideal weight maybe 125lbs to 130lbs. I am 143 right now and I think that loosing anther 20lbs would make me happy.
As for size, maybe a 6/8?0 -

Same here. I graduated high school at around 165-175. I looked great!:) But I was also always very active in sports.0

I'm 5'8" with a medium frame and stay pretty consistent at 140. I would love to be back at 130-135, but happy enough with where I am.0

Let me add too. I am losing weight to be a healthier weight. I still want to keep SOME of my curves. LOL.0

I'm 5'9 and my goal is 145-150.. at the most 140.
Currently I'm 157 and not exactly too sure on size. A 10 is too big, so I just take it into the tailor and get the waist altered... and even those pants are getting to be too big now!0 -

I'm 5'8" (scraping toward 5'9", but I round down...) and I'm at 141 right now. Going for 135lbs. but I would not want to be much lighter than that. I consider myself to have a 'medium' frame.0

I'm just shy of 5'10" , medium-framed and am currently 158.5lbs ... My initial goal was 174.0 which was just into the "healthy" BMI range but when i finally got there, i realized that being "just into healthy" wasn't really my goal: being ACTUALLY healthy was, (and for me, i knew i had much further to go), so i lowered my goal # towards the middle of the healthy range and doubled-down my efforts at just leading a healthy lifestyle, overall. Its taken a good long while, but now that I am 3.5 pounds away from my stated goal (155), i realize i still have more I'd like to lose (especially from my belly). I am thinking I'll probably end up somewhere around 145 eventually (and hopefully maintain +/- 5lbs)... I think early on, especially when you have a considerable amount of weight to lose, its hard to come up with a number... I think "getting to healthy" is a good goal... when you get there, then you can decide if you're happy with where you're at or if you want to go further, IMO0

I'm 5'8 3/4" and currently weigh 138 (vacation :grumble: ). GW is 135 and I've been there since April but for the vacation lb.s. I wear anywhere from a 4-8 in pants and a size 6 dress. Small size tops. I'm good with 135 and wouldn't want to lose anymore. Toning will be never ending though!0

Well I'm around that height myself... and i still haven't figured that one out LOL!!!! I started above 250, plateaued at 190 for 4 months and thought I was cool with it, started a new challenges, BMI according to this website says my ideal is under 160, but I CANNOT move the needle past 170 (not that I've been super dedicated the last few weeks), but I can see some definition in all muscle groups, but not so much that one bad day loses it... so, I am again at my happy place at 170 bouncing between a size 8 and 10... Supremely athletic build, very thick through the chest front to back, i could probably wear a 7 if my hips and legs weren't so stacked lol, but I'm ok with that too!!

I have a **very** small frame and I'm at my goal of 122. Not so much this is what I was aiming for, but this is where I reached an equilibrium w/ my new, healthy eating habits and working out. Size 2-4.0
