Hi, I'm 42. I've successfully lost over half my weight several years ago thanks to diet and excercise but have been at a plateau several years and I've even gained 8 lbs recently. I joined MFP to give me new motivation to lost those 8lbs and hopefully a few more..

I'm new too....so welcome aboard! I am 40 years old and lost 40 lbs about eight years ago and have kept it off until this last year.. I have gained 5-6 pounds and desperately want to shed that plus an additional 5 more...so a total of 10 + pounds... and it's been a struggle, so here I am....Add me for support...if you want!
