Hello,
I had a quick questions and was hoping to get a few opinions on this. I just started 30ds today, kind of on a whim. I work tonight (From 7p-7a) and just found out that I work again tomorrow night (6p-7a). So with my commute and everything, I only really have 9 hours to sleep, eat, and do my normal pre-work things. This is only if I get out of work on time and if I dont hit any traffic, which rarely happens. So realistically, I only have around 8-8.5 hours that I can sleep tomorrow. Would it be bad if I took a rest day? Or are the benefits of the workout worth skipping a little bit of sleep?
Thanks

Sleep is just as important as working out in being healthy, so if you need to, take time off to sleep.0
