Help, I'm stuck......

(I am posting this in my blog as well)
So I started out on July 5th doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and well, I'm only on day.....7! I just can't seem to get into it. I don't know if I should continue it and try to make myself do it daily or try something else. I did Yoga Meltdown one night, P90X one night, and I've been walking on our treadmill.
I started my weightless journey on 5/31/11 and lost 16 pounds pretty quick and easily. Now I am stuck. My weight has not moved in almost a month, I'm not losing inches either. It's driving me crazy. I guess that it's time to make some changes.
I'm not really sure what I want to do as far as working out goes. I get bored so easily with the same routine. Hubby and I used to go to the gym and I would burn at least 500 calories each time. He's doing P90X at home every night and he is doing very well. I have another 100 pounds to lose so I need strength training as well as a ton of cardio. Maybe I should just go back to the gym?
I'm always exhausted after work and never feel that I can give 100% to my workouts but I am trying.
I have gone back and forth between 1200 and 1380 Calories. Im afraid if I go higher than 1380 that I will gain weight. I know that I can't go under 1200 calories, we all know thats bad.
Uggg....someone help. What do I do? I can't seem to break out of this Plateau. My diary is open.
(I know the Dr Pepper is bad, it's my coffee! I am severely allergic to Aspartame so I can not drink diet soda)

I'm sorry, I know how frustrating hitting those darn plateau's can be. I would say up your calories a bit and add more fruits and veggies to your diet.0

I suggest you read this thread - it has a lot of really good basic information that may help you.

Don't be afraid to eat more. Try it for a couple more weeks and see.0

If you go back to the gym, see if you can talk to a personal trainer. They can assess where you are and get you to where you want to be. I contribute a lot of my weight loss and no real plataus to my trainer.. he kicks my *kitten* every single time, and is constantly switching things up.
Also, if you're not interested in a certain DVD or w/e, then stop. FInd something that you are interested in and that you enjoy doing.. otherwise you're just going to make excuses as to why you can't exercise.
Honestly since you have more then a hundred pounds to lose, you prob. can go under 1200 and be fine for a bit. It's when you're getting down to where I am( I have about 7 pounds to go) that you need to start eating more than 1200. Honestly, try going more then 1380 and see what happens.. who knows, it may be the kick that you need!
Feel free to leave a message on my page about anything else.. you can do this!0 -
