I am back on board, friends. And back down by 1.5 lbs. Gonna go clean house now for family dinner tomorrow. Have a great weekend:laugh:

    Nice job! I lost 5 pounds in 5 days....I now it may be water weight since I have only been doing this for 5 days, but at least I am experiencing success. Keep up the good work.:happy:
