Qustion about heart rate monitor use on stimulants...

Some days when I am especially fatigued I use "natural" energy pills (Spirodex right now). When I do I notice that my heart rate is much higher during my entire workout (duh). The result of this is a much higher calorie burn per workout. My question is, is this accurate or should I round down to what my normal (non stimulant) calorie burn is??
