Running NSV!

Options
I ran a 10 minute mile during my run/walk today!!! I can honestly say I haven't been able to run a nonstop mile in like 5 years! And beyond that after I walked for a little while I started running AGAIN, another half a mile :)

I know it may not be much for some but I am damn proud of myself right now, and trust me, I'm not one to compliment myself. The weirdest part of all is I KNOW I could've kept going....here's to tomorrow.

That's a great NSV!! Now you can work to lowering that time even more. It's kind of a double NSV--running a full mile without stopping, and doing it sub-10 mins. Congrats!!!

BE PROUD OF YOURSELF! Great Job!

I love running and one of the reasons is because the progress and improvement is so evident and easy to track. Every time you shave a little time off your speed, every time you go another 1/2 mile, etc you know the improvements.
