Hi everyone, I have been using the tracker for about 10 days now and though sometimes I am over my goal, I still lost 2lbs last week and am pretty pumped. My last 5 years has been up and down, I lost a lot of weight in 2007 and somehow (not exercising and eating like a pig) gained most of it back. I need a change. I've been doing the 30 day shred as well, yesterday was day five. And tomorrow I start back at the gym. Goal is 140lbs, current is 173 so I have a ways to go! The success stories inspired me to introduce myself. You guys are amazing!

I'm going to Florida in October so hoping to see a difference by the first of that month!
