I am currently attending Penn State and having difficulty with my weight. I tried adding yoga 5 days a week in the morning to my schedule of weight training/power lifting in the evenings and biking. My difficulty is maintaining my weight. I do not want to go back to eating the crap I did. I am extremely careful of what I eat but the calories do not add up. I have seen almost 20 pounds drop and it is adversely affecting my lifting. My goals are to see my strength go up (hoping to bench 405 by end of year, at 345 lbs now) without gaining fat. I want to use this site to help ensure I am eating right and enough to balance health and strength. If anyone has similar issues and has some suggestions to help I am more than open.
