Workout challenge 60 days :-)

OK I am determined to lose the weight if it is the last thing I do. My goal is anywhere between 20 lbs min and 30 lbs max. I updated my goals so that it reflects what I want to do. Starting today, I am giving myself 12 weeks, working out 3-5 a week, being realistic here. With 2 lbs a week that would put me in the middle and very close to my goal. This is to jumpstart me off, because I am in a wedding close to the end of October and I want to be comfortable in my bridesmaids dress. If you would like to join me let's get the ball rolling. I need people who are going to be supportive and motivated. Thanks MFP family, I know we can do this! Join me in the fight to blast fat, burn calories, and look and feel great.

    Ok great, I am so excited how about you guys! I started back at the gym today, if you guys can inbox me your email or if you feel comfortable putting here, and I will work on something for us to keep track and communicate daily so we stay motivated. Please be realistic because we have to come to grips with our lives in every aspect. Thanks girls and thanks for the friendship request :smile:
