Biggest Loser Power Sculpt DVD

Ok I just did the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt DVD (Jillian) and I was wondering if anyone knows how I would go about entering it in the strength training portion of my exercise chart for today? Do I just enter it as the length of the workout or do I breakdown the certain things (such as the bicep curls and how many reps, the push ups and how many, triceps and how many...etc)? I dont really know what each of the exercises were called so I wouldnt know how to enter them individually...:embarassed: Anyone have any advice for me?:smile:
