Today I recorded a resting heart rate of 59 bmp. I've had tachycardia all my life -- even when I was younger and thinner my resting HR was often in the upper 90s -- and I didn't think my HR could get that low! All those hours at the gym are paying off. Also, a friend posted on Facebook some recent pictures with me in them (the first pics at my current weight). This is the first time in a looooong time that I haven't cringed seeing a picture of myself and in some I actually look thin!

I do lots of different exercises. jogging, step aerobics, weight lifting, jumping rope, playing tennis and badminton, hiking, yoga, kickboxing, spinning, elliptical machine, Zumba... I like to really mix it up. :-)

NSV stands for non-scale victory; anything that shows success other than losing pounds.
