So, I am maintenance right now. And I excerise almost every day generally its going for a run, and walking. I burn about 500 calories. And i am have a really hard time eating 2500 calories. I generally eat 2000 calories. Or just a little more. I cant seem to eat back my excerise calories cause i get way to full. With that effect my maintenance calories and make me lose more weight?

At 200 calories I would doubt u need to eat back your calories. If you are still losing weight try eating just 100 more until you stop!

It depends on your body to be quite honest.

I am also in maintenance. When I don't eat back all my exercise calories my body gets grumpy and actually gains weight. So, I make sure that I always eat them. I have to eat to lose (or in this case to maintain where I am).

I currently eat between 2200-2500 NET calories a day and have been maintaining between 143-45lbs since May (before that, I maintained 150lbs from Sept 2010 to May 2011 - then in May I upped my calories from 2000 to my current amount and went from 150lbs to 145 and now I hover around 143-145lbs).

You'll have to figure out what works/doesn't work for you. :)
