i've had a profile on here before but my dieting and exercise was so bad and just completely failed that i decided it was time for a fresh start and a new profile. my goal is to lose 17kg by my 18th birthday in November
for my exercise i'm on my 2nd day of the 30 day shred and as for dieting i'm just going to focus on eating healthy and less instead of trying different fad diets.
