Need help

The weight seems to be coming off slower than ever. Any one know of something to have that's fills you up with out a lot of calories, after your work out? I exercise (walk) at night, I am starving when I get home,but don't' want to blow my diet..
On top of that, I am fighting my problem with night time eating. Any suggestions would be appreciated

    non-fat greek yogurt! it's 100 calories and it WILL FILL YOU UP! my favorite brand is Fage.
