help with plank position

i find it difficult to go into plank position for push ups or oblique work and stay there for the duration of my exercise, can anybody help give me ideas how to help me with extending my duration of being able to do that position?

just keep practicing! Hold plank for as long as you can. Rest. Then hold again. Same with your push-ups or other plank work. Do what you can for as long as you can. Eventually, you will work up the strength.0

A great way of building up strength in your back (posteriour conective chain) is using kettle bells! As you gain more strength you will find it easier to hold the position! Keep on working at it and remember that Rome wasnt built in a day!! Keep trying little by little you will get there!0
