hi guys
my biggest problem is knwing the correct portion sizes
when i buy 1 chicken breast what is the correct portion of it to eat? and how many calories would that b?

it should say on he packaging (of give you some kind of info - IE 100g = 100cals so if the breast is 180g you cna work out how many cals it is?)0

The correct portion size for any type of meat is always 3-4 oz, which is about the palm of you hand or about the size of a deck of cards.0

Chicken breasts are diificult aren't they?!?!
I always have the whole breast - but try to buy 'small' ones!
I don't know what i'd do with the left over otherwise!!!!0 -
I just pick a portion that fits my calories given the fact I need to spread them out between meals.0
