:noway: I'm happy I'm not on a diet:laugh: I am instead seeing my changing ways as a lifestyle change that is not temporary but rather something I will continue with in the future.
I workout regularly, do clean eating, enjoy planned treats and enjoy tracking on MFP and all the motivation/inspiration found here
for me? It's working much better than any diet I've been on in years past:bigsmile:0 -
