Hello and Good Morning from steamy Michigan! I am new to the message boards but not new to MyFitnessPal. I have lost nearly 30 lbs since I joined, and I have been tremendously encouraged by following your success stories here. I am now confident that I will accomplish my weight-loss goals, and if I can offer any encouragement to other members, please feel free to friend me. Stay cool!
