Fish Recipes??
I've been reading alot about the benefits of fish and have decided to start to eat fish
So I'm looking for simple fish recipes that require minimum time, minimum ingredients (I dont have the typical kitchen stock of spices etc) and taste fantastic. (Also for someone who is less able in the kitchen.... :ohwell: )
Any ideas?

Invest in a steamer if you don't already have one -- I found that a steamer some lemon, fresh herbs and/or Old Bay are a quick way to add fish to a meal.0

Or, even cheaper than a steamer...Ziploc makes new steamer bags. You can put fish, chicken, veggies, potatoes, fresh or frozen in them, and there are times for each on the outside of the bag...nothing takes longer than 7 or 8 minutes! You can get some lemon pepper seasoning, or some seasoning salt, or garlic, sprinkle them in the bag and pop 'em in the microwave! They are in the aisle with the sandwich bags and plastic wrap, etc.

bake it in foil with lemon and/ or herbs if you have any (just pick up one bottle of dried herbs - so easy and its low in calories and adds flavour).0

I have tried them...they are great! I have cooked chicken and tilapia in them. I also chopped up potatoes into cubes and put some olive oil and garlic in there. I think 4 potatoes only takes 5 minutes or so. They are perfectly steamed, and they taste great!0

Thanks, I will have to pick some up for work where I really could use them. :flowerforyou:0
