Don't think that this thread made over from the othe section, so thought I'd start it here! So cheer on your fave teams, show your spirit, and show us what ya got bay bee!!







So, to start, Michigan State rocked the house this afternoon! GO GREEN! GO WHITE! This is the bestest season Sparty has had in a while, so I'm tee totally excited this year! Anf to make today even better, both the sons went to Wisc, who USED to kick our butts... hehehehe.

we beat Auburn today (yay) and finally we're starting to look like a real football team! last year we won only 1 game, and now we're 5-4! Yay, we stole Arkansas's Houston Nutt and we are back on the score board! HOTTY TODDY!

So far, the only team to beat Florida (IN THE SWAMP!!!)

ROLL TIDE! We killed the arkansas state yesterday. It was great!! Texas lost to Texas state soo.... (drum roll please...) we're now NUMBER ONE!!!

Has anyone seen the most recent BCS standings? Jamerz, our Spartans have moved up from 23 to 18. I haven't seen a season this great in... well, in years! :bigsmile:

Being as close to Knoxville as we are, there are a bunch of Vol fans out here!

For the first time in a loooooong time, it's great to be a MSU fan! :drinker:

Being an Auburn man myself, I am unable to comment intellegently on college football, or as we like to say lately " what the &^%$&# just happened?"
Phillip Fulmer was paid 6 million dollars to walk away at the end of the year,
Currently Auburn fans are saving up for Tubbey!

I would respond with some kind of nasty remark about the past success of Auburn over other not so successfull SEC teams, but I am too busy hiding under my desk in the fetal position waiting till next year!!!!!

Ya know, College Football has been really exciting htis year! Look at all the different number one teams we've had, and all the upsets! It just doesn't get better than this.
So any predictions for the Heisman hardware? My vote goes to Javon Ringer (I know that's kinda a duh for a Sparty fan, but how often do we get that chance?)
And my vote for BCS title game is Penn St and Florida. the winner? Well... lemme think a bit.

I know, Javon Ringer definitely gets my vote too! It's a good thing votes are based off of the entire season, otherwise MSU's kicker, Swenson, would have gotten my vote based on his last game! :bigsmile:

I'm so excited to see all of the title/bowl games this year. I love me some football!
