I weighed today (earlier than i should of) and found while i hadnt lost any weight in pounds i did lose .6 on my bmi, anyone know how much on the bmi scale is 1lb or do you know how i would calculate this to find out? thanks in advance

Not really sure because I always believed it to be a ratio of weight to your height So if your weight didn't change at all, not sure how your BMI could have changed unless you entered in a slightly different height.0

BMI is bunk science in my opinion. Every 5 pounds is one point so each pound is worth 0.2 of a point.

To get BMI you take POUNDS/ ((INCHES)^2) * 703= I can't find my calculator... but for me it would be 150/ (68)^2 * 703... and mine is usually 22.6 or something like that. A healthy BMI range is between 18.5 and 24.99 Overweight is from 25 to 29.99. And Obese is 30 or above.... It goes into class 1, 2, and 3 obese.... the higher the #0
