1 MINUTE PLANK POSE
1 MIN JUMP ROPE (YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE A ROPE, JUST JUMP IN PLACE W/ AN IMAGINARY ROPE)

DOUBLE CHALLENGE:

IF THIS ISNT ENOUGH OF A CHALLENGE FOR YOU, DOUBLE UP ON EVERYTHING!

AND AS ALWAYS, DRINK UP YOUR OZ.'S OF WATER!!!

    Plank. Push Up position with your elbows on the ground, close into your chest/abdomen, and keeping your core tight.
