Summer Is Kicking My Butt

I figure i would confess this in hopes that it will help me get back on track!

My hubby and I have really been enjoying the summer weather but in enjoying the weather I have gained 10 lbs!!! I feel so ashamed of myself and really really pissed!!!! I've been keeping up with my exercise and I haven't been getting on the scale because I was afraid to see the numbers. Well I got on the scale this morning and I have gained 10lbs since coming back from vacation in June!!!

I feel so depressed and upset that I didnt keep myself in check! I never post a topic on here I usually reply but I had to post this in hopes to get some motivation and support to get back on track!

HELP!!!!!! :smile:

    OK - you did it! Your butt is adequately kicked and now it is time to move on. Let's not forget that before this journey - we would have not weighed and just continued the same behavior and gained and gained! You caught it! YAY YOU!

    Time to get back on the train. suggest that you find low calorie options for food you LOVE - so you can stick with this forever. At the end of the day - YOU need to be satisfied. When we are not - epic fail!

    Regret is just not worth it just get back on the diet and aim for the future.

    It's a small mistake dont let it destroy all the good work and hard effort you have put in so far.

    I can go up and down three or four pounds in one week!! So 10 lbs isn't soooooo sooooo bad. :)

    Just get back in the saddle!! You can do it!! :D

    It sure could be a whole heck of a lot worse!! Right???
