Thank you MFP and all the friends I have gained here because without all the support, this journey will be unbearable.
I started July 19th 2010 with my twin sister Sam. That day I weighed in at 295.7 and today I weighed myself in at 216.3. 79.5 pounds gone! never to return!
I've still got a ways to go but 79.5 isn't that bad

way to go - It is a long haul. I've lost 50 pounds since January (still have much to go). I am wearing a suit today that my husband bought for me 5 years ago. It still had the tags on it. Today it is slightly too big! We will get there. Keep up the good work. You have inspired me today!
