I decreased my back fat A LOT with a low-fat vegan diet and lots of cardio exercise.0

Cardio has really decreased my back fat, particularly that patch of fat that sits right about your butt, I call is the assteau, or *kitten* plateau.
When I jog, I can really feel that part, along with the rolls on my back getting worked. I also do machines that target that kind of thing, too.0 -
Lose weight. Seriously. When you lose it, you will lose it all over, including the back fat, double chin, muffin top, etc.
Just stay on track with your diet and exercise. You will look good when you get to a healthy BMI.0 -
It will be one of the last areas you loose from. So, patience.0
