Hello and Moving to Buffalo

Hello Everyone!

I am relatively new to this site as I joined in the last couple of weeks. Like most, I guess I'm looking for accountability, recipes, etc. I feel like I am truly serious about fitness and weight loss for the first time in a long time. In August I am moving to Buffalo, NY, where I will be starting a PhD program. I am really excited about starting this new chapter of my life and I want to start it off right by prioritizing fitness and health. So, hello to all! Any advice about the in's and out's of life in Buffalo would be great! :smile:
