I am having a problem reaching my 1220 calorie goal and with exercising at least once or twice a day it sometimeS increases my calorie goal by 1000 calories. I can't eat that much!!! What should I do? Every time I complete an entry it tells me I would be forcing myself into starvation mode and I would gain weight! I don't want that at all!!! Please HELP!!!!!

Eat some but not all of your exercise calories back- try eating half. Also, many times I cook my dinner in olive oil to get the calories up a bit if I am lacking. Also, a handful of nuts is a great way if you are falling very short.0
