Sounds good to me, I walk for 45-60 minutes per day, when I don't get chance to do that, I get on the elliptical for 60 minutes, and I got to the gym 3 times per week - this is something I've just started
when I started out, I was exercising for 30 minutes 3 times per week.
Best thing to do is start with what YOU feel comfortable with, each of us is different, and can do more or less.
Good luck, and enjoy the pond, there's a pond somewhere here in the next village - but I have no idea where:cry:
Take care, and remember, wrap up warm, wear comfortable shoes and drink plenty of water

Down load Couch to 5k from itunes. Its a 9 week program that builds you up to running a 5k and its VERY easy. I can run 3 miles and 9 weeks ago I couldn't run for 2 minutes.

Which one did you download? I saw several on there and they all appear to be podcasts.

Sorry I forgot to mention that they are podcasts and that makes it even better because they are FREE!
