I was just wondering how would this be logged as? I am totally new to the counting of calories so i'm not sure on how to figure out how much I am burning when doing this DVD. Any help or direction would be awesome

Of course a heart rate monitor is the best way. However I select "Kickboxing (including Turbo Jam)" from the cardio database for all the "Fire" DVDs. I select "strength training" for core, sculpt and tone, and then yoga for stretch.

I agree!! I used the TurboJam one but I found an HRM for $30 that works great and I get a better count.

And how do the numbers from you HRM compare to the ones you were getting from the database?
