Another Newbie :)

Hi everyone, I am looking to lose around 3st in total but am looking to do it in stages of 1st each time as otherwise I will lose faith after a while! Any tips and advice would be welcome. I am hoping that joining MFP will alert me to just how many calories I do eat in a day, and help me adjust my easting habits.

Look forward to hearing from you and hopefully giving each other tips and help during our weight lost :)
