Half way to my goal

I started out at 227 and I am down 21 lbs so far on my to the 185 range. Not sure I will actually get to that number because my initial plan was to lose the weight then start with strength training to put muscle back on so I knew I wouldn't stay at that weight. Now after diet and exercise I am feeling good enough now that I am planning to start my first ever round of P90X next month so I may never truly reach that number. I have begun to look at it as more of a health thing than a weight thing. As long as I am liking the results and the way I look I don't think the number is as important.

I haven't posted any progress pics because I don't have any of myself at my starting weight. I never allowed any to be taken with my shirt off so no one could see my belly or man boobs.
I do plan on taking progress pics throughout the P90X routine though. I am excited to start it.

    You are about where I want to be, before I engage into the PSX-90. That should really tighten and firm you up. I want to do it when I get in the 205lb range - I'm afraid that if I tried to tear into that at my weight; I'd do more damage than good.
