If you haven't tried these, do so NOW! No weird taste once you follow directions (smells a little strong when you first open the package), and comes out like al dente noodles. I had mine with marinara, garlic, and a sprinkle of cheese, and ended up with a full tummy at 140 calories. My boss found the Tofu noodles at a local asian market, but they have a full list of major distributors on their site.

My next noodle journey will be "miracle noodles". :-) Let me know if any of you had as wonderful of an experience with the miracle noodles as I just did with Tofu noodles.

I have the shirataki noodles, and I like them, but my husband does not. They taste best when prepared with Asian seasonings0

I had tapioca noodles for lunch.. 3 ounces dry turn into a small bowl full for 93 calories after cooking. I added some chili garlic sauce and it was a nice lunch.. A package with 10 one ounce servings was $2 at the asian market. They are called "tapioca sheets" and look like thick rice sticks.0
