30DS Question

I started the 30DS yesterday. I completed Insanity July1 and am looking to take a rest before starting back again. I LOVE the results I got from it, but thought that 30DS may be enough to keep me going until Im ready to start killing myself again! Unlike Insanity, where I had a calendar to follow, this only has 3 levels. Should I do each level for 10 days? I was on vacation last week and had I not had a week of horrible eating and drinking habits with no exercise, I may have started onl Level 2, but thought I needed start back slow. I may incorporate a few of the the shorter Insanity workouts with it since so far my calorie burns are way lower than what I was used to. Today I did Level 1 then Insanity cardio abs. Any advise would be great!

    Hi, I am about to start 30DS for the second time and will do each level for 10 days! From other message boards that i've read regarding this, that is what most people do.

    I did level 1 for 7 days as I found it easy. Level 2 I did for 12 days and I am currently in Level 3 Day 3.
