Has anyone heard of Zone Perfect nutrition bars?

A couple co-workers have been eating these and love them. They say the bars keep them full and it is actually a meal replacement bar. I just can't imagine one little nutrition bar being enough to keep you full and satisfied.

Yes! And they're delicious! I really like the fudge graham ones, and the double dark chocolate!0 -
just watch the sugar, most are loaded with sugar.0

I have a friend who works for a drug company that represents these, so she gave me two boxes. I'd say "Meh" on the flavor overall - I think they taste a little waxy. Though, they have replaced my breakfast a few times and I'm a person that really needs breakfast and they did the trick.
Another one I've had that I really love, but I think you can only order them online are Extend bars. My Mom-in-law eats them and she does lots of research on EVERYTHING. She said that they are the highest in fiber of any other bar she looked at.0 -
Yeah , you can get them free after coupon a couple times a year so I get them only when they're free. They're 'heavy' both in weight and that's how my stomach feels after I eat one...I feel full, but not satisfied. I like to have more bites but less calories...so I can 'trick' myself into feeling like I've had an actual meal....I put them in hubby's lunch for when he's too busy at work to eat a full meal.0

Yay kgagnon7779!
And personally I only have "nutrition" bars as a last resort. At work when I totally cannot get away and failed to plan, I've been getting old-fashioned natural peanuts. I seem to still lose weight a bit more on schedule having started that habit. Whenever I eat a bar for lunch, it seems to be the end of weight loss for a few days.
(This is just how it works for me. And I do realize the peanuts are extremely high in fat, etc. I do not fear the fat. I fear the low-fat.)0
