This is me at 169 lbs.
I know I don't really look 169.. haha. But I am VERY muscular.
I want to lose that tummy fat!
Any advice or helpful tips or just support in general is greatly appreciated!

you need to do Insanity...it works your core all the time0

How about some core working program? INSANITY? JM 30DS?
Stupid stubborn belly fat. I do lots of different forms of crunches every single day. Gotta get rid of excess belly, love handles, and moobs! Takes time.0 -
Thanks yall.. Has anyone tried Insanity vs P90X? I guess I'll have to break down and buy it.. Lol0

I am going to do P90X beginning in August.
I was up in the air between Insanity and P90x. I was basically told by a coach that Insanity is more hardcore cardio and P90x has the strength along with the cardio days. If you are looking to shed weight and burn tons of calories I would choose Insanity. I chose P90x because I want the cardio but I also want to tone up and gain strength.
Plus I have trouble with my left knee (old basketball injuries). Some of the Insanity workouts I am unsure I would be able to do them full on energy, based on what I have seen on the infomercials and videos.0 -
I think you look pretty darn great right now actually. How tall are you?
I really like Turbo Fire for what it's done for my abs. It's a little less intense than Insanity. BUT if you are already in really good cardio shop, Insanity might be the way to go.0 -
I LOVE your body!! You look so feminine and healthy! That said, though, have you done any Pilates? They are insanely good for working and slimming your core. Also, make sure you're eating as little sugar as possible.

Well thank you.. I've got plenty of muscle.. I just have fat on top of that muscle that I'm dying to get rid of! I will look into that core workout as well0

Aww @LauraLove85, that is soo nice of you to say! Thank you so much! I have never tried Pilates but that sounds relaxing actually.. Thank you! I will definitely try it!!0

And @Rachel6503, I'm sorry! I am 5'4. Nice and short.. I'm sure if I were taller I would look much better but I can't control that. Haha.0

I want your body.0

I would also recommend P90X. I am in my last five weeks and I LOVE IT. Who knew I'd like to do push ups until I can't hold myself up anymore...0

@Laceylala thank you girl! I've still got quite a ways to go.. How has your success been with P90X?0

The first 30 I lost an inch off waist and boobage area, half an inch of each thigh, nothing off arms. I will measure again this weekend for the 60ish day mark. I am actually turning it into P120X.0 -
