Hummus

A hummus recipe I came across and do like. The recipe says it serves one, and might I add, it is a rather large serving as well. :smile:

1 c. cooked chickpeas
1 Tbs. lemon juice
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
1 tsp. olive oil OR 2 tsp. Tahini paste
2 Tbs. plain, nonfat yogurt
1 Tbs. parsley
1-2 Tbs. water

Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend on high until forms smooth paste. If mixture is still dry, add additional tablespoons of water to creat a smoother paste. Serve chilled.
