Kombucha

Now I know that a high percentage of this site probably can't stand the stuff, or doesn't know what it is, but I am loving it. A downside I have noticed is that it is sooooo darn expensive so I want to know if any of you have tried to make it before? Know anyone who has? Have any horror stories? Success????

I would love to try to make some on my own, but whenever I try to look it up online I freak out and get overwhelmed w/ the whole mother/daughter and mold thing. Thus any good recipes and tips would be appreciated! :)

    I love it so much!!

    If you make it homemade, it doesn't quite taste the same. I'm lazy so I usually just by it as an occasional splurge. :)

    To those who love it... is it an acquired taste, or an immediate love/hate? I tried it and I usually like a lot of things, but couldn't take more than a few sips!
