JUST WANTED TO KNOW, I STARTED MY DIET LAST WEEK AND LOST 7IBS, EXERCISING LOADS, BUT IS IT BETTER TO GAIN MUSCLE AS MUSCLE USES MORE CALORIES? OR SHOULD I STAY ON MY DIET UNTIL I GET TO MY PREFERRED WEIGHT AND THEN BUILD MUSCLE?

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE NICE

CHEERS :)

Depends on what you want to do honestly. Alot of people (bodybuilders) rather would bulk up first, and then cut which is the easiest way to do it. Then there are some that would rather cut down first to around 10-12% bf and then do a LEAN bulk which is doable but more difficult. If you bulk first you have to eat at a calorie surplus at about 20-25% above your maintenance level. This will let you build muscle with minimal fat gain. You will still gain fat though , but you can cut later on when you're ready.
