Hi! I have completed 5 days of L1 and have not worked out for 4 days now! I think I need some friends that are doing the shred with me. Maybe we could check in everyday and make ourselves accountable? It would be great to have a support group! ;)

  • HI! My name's Sophie and I just finished my first shred workout and was looking for the very same thing. I thought it was simple, but I was sweating like hell by the end of it! We can do it!

    Hi Sophie! I'm Lauren. I'm so glad you posted! Yeah, the shred is no joke. After 5 workouts I'm already more toned with slight weightloss. My bf even noticed! Let's help eachother keep it up! You go girl, Congrats on getting through the first day!

    Heya. I plan on doing L1D5 and L1D6 today as I missed yesterday. I would love to join!!! Hopefully I can go all the way to 30 days without another break!

    Hi guys!
    My name is Katie and I'm on L1 Day7 and have been "resting" for two days because my ankles and knees have been killing me!
    I want to push through, and have figured out from other MFP members some mods to do to go easy on my joints, while still keeping my heart rate up.
    I may also do 30DS every other day, and do the elliptical on "rest" days as its easier on the joints.
