I feel soo horrible!! I ate sooo much junk at work today. All the Christmas products where put out yesterday. Following tradition we all try the products so can truthfully tell the customer if they taste good.

For me it all started with " Oh, I'll have one or two of the chocolatesas dessert for lunch" BAM!!! It hit me and I couldn't stop! I can't even remember all the c##p I ate. Now my stomach is sore and I'm beating myself up.

I'm tried to counter the effects. I mopped the store tonight.....but that's only 15 minutes of cleaning. 20 if you count the carrying and dumping of the buckets and rinsing the mops!

  • Drink some water to flush out some of the sugar tonight and then forgive yourself for eatting the treats.

We all do it sometimes and you'll make it through just fine!

Take it as a learning experience about temptations that are very hard to resist.

Try and hit the gym tomorrow or get a good workout in so you'll be able to get rid of some of those calories! :flowerforyou:
  • Shoot. Welcome to life! We ALL have our moments. You didn't do any permanent damage so shake it off and move on.

I'm trying for a lifestyle change so I refuse to give up the good stuff ALL the time. The difference is making a conscious decision to eat something I shouldn't - and enjoy the heck out of because I know it's a temporary thing and that I will go right back to my GOOD eating habits again afterwards.

I know I shouldn't be too upset, but I'm sad of my lack of will power........and the fact that I was going to try hard to get off my plateau. I've been gaining and losing the same two pounds for more then a dang month!!

Don't feel to bad, I totally went wrong this weeknd. I don't think I did to bad I only had 2 reece cups which both was on Friday. I really didn't do very good at logging my food intack this weekend at all. Iam on the mind set that I am going to get up early in the morning and go to our gym and work out before work. I will let you know how that goes. I am pretty determined that I am going to do this. I am going to be back on track starting right now. I feel so bad right now. I feel like I have gained about 10 lbs but I know that I haven't gained that much. I am back on track and not going to let this get me down. Hope you guys have a wonderful night.

Yes, shake it off. And then next time remember how this time it didn't feel worth it after you went nuts, and it will be easier as you keep at it.

Feeling good feels good, and every change you make to improve your diet will make you feel better. Hang in there!
