Hello everyone!
I am very excited to start dieting, I know I'm crazy. I started this diet with my younger sister. She started gaining weight when she went to college. I gained all my weight throughout my college years and now I am looking to get healthy and spend some time with my sister. I hope I can find some myfitnesspals that are just as excited as me to start a healthy lifestyle!
