This site is great and provides you with the tools you need to succeed. I have so far lost 6 pounds and I am beginning to see results and people are beginning to take notice. I hope to lose 70 lbs. and I realize this will take time, but I am excited to be on my way. I think it will take me about a year but it will be great to get back to my high school weight.
