Hey everybody -
The exercise tab tracks calories burned doing my morning yoga and biking. However it does not track calories from lifting. Is there a way to solve this issue? If not does anyone know about how many calories to deduct? I powerlift 4 days a week for 1.5 to 2 hours. Thanks!

Lifting weights gives you more of a metabolic spike. This usually last for an hour or so.0

You can track some of the exercises by clicking on "Track Exercise" from your MY HOME tab. Under Cardiovascular add the exercise "entering under the cardio portion "Strength Training" and the number of minutes. Then under the Cardio section add the exercise "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training) and enter the duration.
Then under the Strength Training section of "Track Exercise" add the individual exercise with # of sets, reps and weight.
Hope that helps!
