So its been like 100 plus degrees here. There is a heat warning for the next week. I know this questions has prolly been asked but do you think that you burn more calories running out in the heat then you would on a treadmill in the house???

If your heart rate goes up more in the heat, than sure. I had about a 100 calorie difference between my runs (same distance) Thurs and Sun... not sure if that was becasue of the heat or the fact that I was 3 minutes faster though.0
