I just had the worst eating day I have had since I started on my weight loss program in January. I started the program at 234 lbs. and this morning I weighed in at 162 lbs. I attribute a lot of my sucess with the fact that I log in EVERTHING I eat evey day. So today I really blew it. My wife and I went to the Macroni Grill. I logged everything I eat. I was OVER my calories by 1722! I am on a low salt diet as well and I was over my 1000 mg salt allowance by 3322 mg!!! See my log below if you are boared with nothing else to do.
There, I feel better for having made my public confession. Thanks to all who heard me. Tomorrow is another day and I will be back on the program. Good luck to all!

You're a 160 lb man and only eating 1,470 calories a day??? I hope you're five feet tall! I strongly recommend that you increase your calories so you can maintain your great progress. Don't feel bad about eating what you did today...consider it a maintenance day. To put it into perspective--I'm a 5 foot tall female weighing 135 lbs, and my BMR alone is almost 1300 calories. I eat 1600-2300 calories a day to lose, and only eat 1400 calories on my off day. Of course, you plan one individual's diet on another person--but in such an extreme case it's obvious that you aren't eating enough.0
